The standard advice is to carefully hammer a torx bit into there to unscrew the bolt. Then get a new bolt. Make sure to only use quality tools/bits in the future to avoid this.
Look for a bolt extractor bit a few bux at a hardware shop and use one that’s nearly as wide as your bolt to extract this. Look into bolt extractors anyway, if you’re anything like me you’ll find them fascinating
