Hello mechanics! So today challenge is to disassembly decathlon wheel. My guess is that i need allan key to undo this small bolt from both sides right? I tried and they won't move, i think that i might strip one of them a little so here I am looking for advice. Anyone know this patent? I wish to service the freehub body somehow. It never hurts to use a penetrating fluid or lubricant to make sure everything is free. Then, use a small metric hex key (2mm?) to loosen the small grub bolts. Lastly, twist each end counterclockwise. The end caps may be threaded or may pull straight off (I haven’t worked on this exact model), but it’s safe to assume they thread on first since pulling on threads may damage them.
