It's only that one spot on one side. I really don't want to get a new wheel because it's an ebike and the rest wheel is very expensive. Can i get away with just replacing the tube?

maybe you should replace the rim at least.
I ran a rear wheel like this for years, then I carefully bent it back, and am still running it for many more years since then. It’s not ideal but I can’t say it worries me for a rear wheel. I would not do this with a front rim.
