🚴 A summer’s late afternoon ride from Eastbourne, timed to arrive at the Baring Head Lighthouse at sunset, with clear skies forecast. Mother Nature didn’t disappoint, painting the sky with a stunning palette of colours from golden hour through to deep twilight on the return journey.

Having ridden this route before, this time it was captured with an upgraded camera and gimbal, delivering a more immersive and cinematic experience. The rolling gravel tracks, open coastal views, and the dramatic window of time when the setting sun met the horizon bathed Baring Head in a surreal fiery red.

As the sun dipped behind the sea and dusk settled in, the twinkling lights of Wellington City encircled the harbour. Ships and boats dotted the water, making for an unforgettable journey back under a starlit sky.
