I think the answer is yes based on the last photo, but I’m going more from the the look of the steerer than your caliper. Set that thing to mm! 1 1/8 inch steerer is 28.6mm. Make sure you reset “zero” before every measurement.
Most bike nerds actually refer to almost everything in metric, and specifically in mm, so things that are nominally 1″ or 1 1/8″ will be referred to as 25.4 or 28.6. Most of us, honestly, can just eyeball the bike and tell you which it is, but that’s easier when the bike is still together.
You should probably start by measuring the ID (inner diameter) of the headset tube on the frame. That’ll give you the best measurement for what you need.
If you convert your 1.34in to millimeters you get 34mm.
Googling a 34mm headset gives you results for ones that are 1 1/8.
Get used to using Google.
