  1. I’m in contact with my nearest one, 1 hour drive away. I think they inspect it and if it’s knackered it’s a new fork, if not they put some reinforcements in side and you continue. My place say it’ll be a month before the kits are in stock. Very inconvenient to say the least!

  2. Well well… They should’ve learned from their own mistakes with cockpits like the h31 that needed a wedge extention as reinforcement

    There’s already a thread on this. I posted photos of my fork. Canyon was useless in finding resolution. Try emailing them to see if they would be willing to send the fork and repair kit to a shop of your choice.
