Best I can think of.. Cable lock through bike frame, front wheel and rack. U lock through rear wheel and frame? Better be a safe area and shitty bike..

If it fits I’d put the rear wheel into the cage, u-lock through the rear triangle and rear wheel, then loop the cable through the front wheel.

I usually park park my bike to the side of the rack so i can use the u-lock to lock my frame to the rack.
