That won’t cause you any issues. Just remove the surface corrosion and apply fresh grease.
I’ve always reused mine
I’ve been reusing them for decades with no problems other than some anonymous ones rusting. The steel shimano ones seem set to outlast me.
Leave em in vinegar for 2 days and youre fine
