  1. Fork, 3, 1, 2, frame, 4, 5, 6, 7,, stem spacer(s), stem, another spacer if wanted, 8.
That’s the order from bottom to top, but I’d assembly fork with 1, 3 and 8, and frame with 2 and 4 before putting the two together.

  2. Three goes on the fork. Two gets pressed into frame at bottom, along with four at the top of frame. One gets fitted in between 2 and 3. 6 may need to go under 5. The rest are in order.

  3. 8 is actually 2 parts – the star nut goes into the fork tube and then the bolt and top cap are at the top of the whole stack. Also there are a number of special tools required to install these, especially if the fork needs cutting.

  4. 3,2,4,8 for initial install, then 1 onto 3, slide fork through frame, install 5,6,7 and the rest of 8.

Pull the bearings out of 2 & 4, keep them safe & separate. Pressfit 2 into the bottom of the headtube, 4 into top.

Assemble 3 & 1 onto the fork, put bearings back into 2 & 4. Insert fork. Then 5, 6 & 7. I’d leave 8 out until the fork has been cut to size for the desired spacer stack & stem.
