I’m looking at this bike on FB marketplace but I can’t seem to find one that looks exactly the same online (there’s a few different raleigh ventures, but I don’t know which one it looks most like). Does anyone know what model or year this is/if this would be a good deal? I don’t know much about bikes but I need to buy one for college.

Any rideable bike for $95 is a pretty good deal. In this case, it’s low-end/entry, but it’s at least a reputable brand.
You could probably do better, but not a lot better for the price. Make sure it fits and test ride it to check for issues before buying.
I regularly sell these at my shop in worse condition for 150-200. If everything works and you like it then buy it!

A modern upright comfort hybrid in rather good condition is worth $95 for most any of the model years.
