Looks great. Not a criticism but those Cane creek hoods are so stiff they’re nearly impossible to seat properly with grip tape under them. I usually end up wrapping the tape over the hoods. Looks weird but feels great.
For $60 you did great. It’s pretty basic but it’s 40 years old and seems mostly original so go and enjoy it.
Nailed it. Time to spend a lot of money on honjo fenders.

It’s decent, it was the upper end of Fuji’s more commuter oriented bikes. I think it had the “LePree” derailleur in 1986, so this is probably a bit earlier, like 84-85 perhaps. There should be a serial number on the bottom bracket shell, I’m not 100% but In think the first number indicates the year it was built
Fantastic find at a good price. The very first thing I would do is take that spoke protector off underneath the freewheel (or cassette, if that’s what it has).
