Being short comes with a lot of downsides, but the biggest injustice plaguing our society is how we’re unable to follow cute rackless trends and gimmicks.
Options like the Carradice Bagman and the Ocean Air Erlen Rack isnt viable for clearances below 7 inches. And full racks, while absolutely reasonable and practical, arent as fun.
After years of experimentation, I ended up with a pretty satisfying solution. This [Specialized Burra Burra Support](https://www.specialized.com/pe/en/burra-burra-spare-stabilizer-rack/p/155990?searchText=41118-5300&color=230535-155990), which is meant to prevent sway for sausage seat bags, but not bear any weight from the bottom.
To prevent it from sinking I use the 100mm mounting struts that came with my T-Rack. But you can buy them separately in places like [here](https://www.campfirecycling.com/product/tubus-classic-mounting-hardware-p-3586.html)
The results are pretty great vertical sturdiness! Though, there’s still horizontal sway, which I’m not too picky about. The rub you see there is from previous attempts at solutions.
I’ve been frustrated at the industry for not offering a consumer option for the plenty of riders under 5’7″. I was wondering if others have had similar frustrations and if there were other solutions y’all had come up with?

That’s a good idea.
I bought a burra burra support and was going to use it for something similar. I was thinking of looping a nylon strap through my saddle rails and under the suport to hold the rack in place.
