Should I replace my rear pads? Additional I believe my hose line also has air stuck in it after a winter of taking the bike on and off the trainer, are the exposed white discs a testament to that? Can anyone confirm?

The pistons will show more as the brake pads wear out. Your pads still have decent thickness to my eyes, but I like to use as much as possible before replacing
