Is this worth $1800? I’m torn.

I live in a fairly large metropolitan area so bikes aren’t scarce. I’ve been riding single speed for 2 decades but after last summer and a change in my health (for the better) I’ve decided I’m going geared in addition to my ss. Was trying to avoid Trek but this one looks clean. It’s close to where I live. It’s white (I love white bikes)
To the newbie however trying to research used Domane prices is maddening.
If not $1800, then why and what is a good value? What should I look for when I see it in person?
Description from seller is “A Ok” but they are requesting to meet at the police station for viewing and transaction so I can only assume it’s legit.
Any help appreciated.
