There seems to be some play when I put force on the pedals and an intermittent clunk sound when pedalling uphill as heard in the video. Any ideas of this might be? Could there be an issue with the freehub?

Freehub.
Put a different back wheel in to see if it’s wheel related. Just borrow a friend’s or something.
My wife’s bike was making this noise and the guy at the shop replaced the free hub
Quick and easy checks first:
Rear axle is fully seated and tight? Cassette is tight? Chain length in spec? Cassette and chainrings are good?
Also check all of your pivot bolts
Sounds like freehub, but it also looks like there may be some play in your lower pivot. Hard to tell from the video and angle. Grab the top of the tire and the top seat tube and push back and forth to see if there’s any side-to-side play.
