46T chainring and the 5 speed conversion (thanks all here and brilliant-bikes for the advice)
I was aiming to get close to GRX gear range (48/31 + 11-40) and it’s not far off… 26.2” to 122.8” 468%, if my calcs are right
Thanks to /u/ride_whenever for the shifters advice – they make a real difference to slickness of shifting hub and derailleur
I like the up/down separate levers too vs. OEM
Next steps… waiting on extralite levers and a schmolke flat bar, then maybe the final step will be EE callipers
I’d love a full carbon seatpost and the 224g it would save but the advice here seems to be they scratch up easily – sad, but makes sense

note to self… those white skate wheels look pants (but allow me to roll it without snagging the suspension block) – maybe I need to find some black ones
Tell me more about the roller skate wheels. Did you need to use a bushing?
Surely of all the parts that need big ball bearings the easy wheels aren’t one of them. Just seems really odd to put skate wheels on a T-line.
may I know what chainring spider is that?
