My concern is this, Are the kinetic balls effective against somebody wearing a heavy winter jacket? Also, after viewing several YouTube videos, the pepper spray balls do not appear as effective as the JPX System. The JPX appears to act instantly when applied, whereas the Byrna seems to have a lag time. Also, JPX is said to have a lasting effect for 45 minutes or so. The Byrna appears to wear off within 10 or 15 minutes. These are just observations.
