I bought this VttE a year ago, after not using a bike in 10 years.
Needless to say I probably use this brocket much faster than normal because I'm still struggling a bit when shifting gears, especially at the start, now I'm okay. Is this still okay to use ?
My chain sometimes 'slip' when I'm on my highest gear, even if it's on a flat terrain, and I'm not putting any big force on the pedals.

That’s practically new (but dirty)
420km is pretty low for any wear, I’ll ride that distance in a few weeks. My guess is the cable tension in the rear derailleur cable probably needs to be adjusted or you inadvertently bent the rear hanger. The teeth are OK, they are different shapes to facilitate shifting up or down.
