Got this bike on sale for $2100CAD opposed to $4100MSRP. It’s my first gravel bike and first high quality ride. I am looking to ride lots of single track MTB trails in my city aswell as cruise long gravel and paved paths along the river. I don’t know a lot about bikes but am wondering what kind of mods you guys would suggest making.
I figure a suspension seat and shockstop stem might help to reduce some vibrations from the aluminum frame. But will they add too much weight, and will they be good for both single track aswell as pavement? The price it would cost for me to add these parts would be quite a lot to me, is the suspension benefit worth the monetary value?
