Trying to get into cycling and buy my first bike found a 2004 Fuji Newest for $115 on fb marketplace not trying to spend to much on my first bike is this a good bike or should I look into spending a bit more for like a beginner department store bike? Seller states bike is in good condition and ready to ride

That seems like a fair price, and if it is actually in good condition then it’ll probably be a lot better than a department store bike
