Wow I love riding my bikes
Are you a cyclist? Black people don’t do it much professionally.

Fascinating, I have never heard of Major Taylor. His cycling career was exceptionally stellar. However, his personal life was unfortunate. His wife's and child's relationship was respectably decent in the beginning but eventually became estranged. He died without his wife or daughter claiming his body, not making funeral arrangements, and he had a pauper's burial, which was tragic. As you stated, we don't know the private circumstances behind the family dynamics or the lack thereof. Nonetheless, thank you for sharing another excellent video of unsung Black history.
No I am not a cyclist. When I fell off my 10-speed bike years ago and flipped over it. That did it for me. Now if I can find a bicycle that you can pedal forward and then pedal backwards to make it stop. Then I may pick up a bicycle again. Lol🙃 As always I enjoy your commentary and content.
