Pretty much any Shimano 8 speed derailleur will work with the correct adjustments.
Shimano RD-TX800 7/8 sp rear derailleur available on Amazon for $18 USD
What you won’t find anymore is a replacement LX (now SLX) derailleur as those are all 12sp. Maybe a used one on eBay but a replacement Tourney derailleur will be fine.
From what I see in the video, the shifter has the red indicator on the dial showing the chain should be in the smallest cog, but it’s in the middle of the cassette.
My guess is that your cable isn’t adjusted properly and it’s not the derailleur that is faulty/needs to be replaced.
So, before replacing the derailleur, I’d either try to adjust it (there’s a few videos on youtube on the subject) or take the bike to a local bike shop. Doesn’t need to be a fancy one, they’ll probably be able to fix it without replacing anything (maybe the cable).
Any of the current 8/9-speed Shimano MTB rear derailleurs are compatible with what you have and are suitable replacements. Alivio, Acera, Altus, etc.

Shooting from the hip here: The shifter stopped working for the typical trigger shifter issue (grease hardening up). Someone then re-clamped the shifter cable somewhere in the middle of the cassette to make it more rideable. If you clean up the shifter to get it working again, the derailleur probably works fine.
