£200 for that fitted with ultegra / 105 seems like a steal… could literally be the case that the bike is stolen and they’re trying to off it ASAP especially with a FB marketplace sale
You’re not going to get much more in terms of road bikes for £200 but I wouldn’t necessarily say this was a good deal. All the parts (wheels, crankset, cassette etc.) look like the original spec from 2015 and will have seen some serious wear and tear.
If you’re just looking for a cheap bike, it’s fine, but I’d expect everything at best to be far from smooth and at worst in need of imminent replacement (which would cost a good bit more than the bike just for the groupset)
