Frames are harder to price. The seller is in the Netherlands. You are going to pay as much as the frame costs to ship it to the US.
Aluminum De Rosa is not as desirable as their steel or Ti frames. The paint is not perfect. In particular the bottom bracket looks rough. It may look different in person.
