Put the derailleur part number into [the shimano tech website](https://si.shimano.com) and it’ll tell you.
Pretty sure the answers no, but admittedly I haven’t actually checked in a while.

the derailer pivot arms are probably permanently riveted into place. you wouldn’t be able to remove the spring unless the arms have removable fasteners, which is uncommon.

If and it’s a big if you could somehow source the correct replacement spring you would still have the issue of having to drill out the rivets holding it all together then refastening it all together well enough for it to work again afterwards.
About the only serviceable/replaceable parts on a derailleur are the jockey wheels the rest is permanently fixed together and is considered a replaceable item at the end of its lifespan or if damaged.

Unless a 3rd party makes an aftermarket replacement, the answer to this question is almost always ‘NO’ when Shimano is involved.

RD-M8100 (like basically all other shimano RDs) has no replaceable parallelogram spring.
any issue you think would be caused by a spring that is too strong/weak is certainly caused by something else. it would be more helpful if you mentioned what your issue is instead of what you think the solution is…
