2019 Specialized Roubaix

I found this listing where the seller claims the bike has very low mileage. Selling for 1200.
Is this a fair price for the bike?

I’ve tried a few at my LBS and found the Roubaix SL8, and Synapse to be good fits for me. I’m very close to pulling the trigger on the SL8 but the high cost and no 105 groupset at that price is stopping me. Just getting into the hobby upgrading from a very cheap hybrid so if this saves me some cash, I can invest the rest in some gear.
