Hello,
Do you have any suggestions? How do I get a new or used frame? Should I ride it until it's gone? Is there a possible fix? This is very sad. I really love this bike and how easy and cheap it is to maintain.
Thanks
It looks like the top crack maybe has exposed the raw aluminum and it’s *possible* that it may be corroding on the inside of your frame.
The top is clearly a crack. The photo of the bottom of your top tube doesn’t seem to be impact related but moreso paint bubbling.
I’m a big car photographer, and this typically happens on a car when metal corrodes beneath paint.
Hard to tell exactly what’s going on from the photo, though.

I would replace it with a roscoe frame or get a new fuel ex AL frameset and transfer the compatible parts
