Which rack is that? Looks like an axle-mount to me.

Big advantage of the aluminum Grizl is the ability to properly mount a rack and panniers without paying out the ass for a Tailfin system. Nice ride!!!!
Is that a dry bag on top of your rack? If so which size, in litres?
