What’s that scuffing on the top drive-side of the fork crown? It looks like it been well used, but arguably better bike than you’ll get new for that price but I’d offer around 350 AU if it fits you and the wheels are true. Aluminium frame eases some concerns compared to used carbon. At a guess 5-10yrs old
