I’d be a little under with the rim brakes. But as long as you’re ok with them it looks good.
For $2000 I would expect better wheels than those entry-level Mavic Aksiums. Very heavy with pinned rims. And if it uses the older FTS-L freehub, it has a plastic friction sleeve bushing that needs to be lubricated every few months with a light machine oil to prevent the infamous “screech of death” these Mavic wheels are notorious for.
Rim brakes, tire clearance will likely be an issue as well. Probably stuck with nothing bigger than a 28s. It’s a great looking bike.
This shit is a ripoff.
