i buy recently this pink mercier owner said 1979 year of manufactured i wanna know could it be dated to this year or be told what model it is

That is gorgeous! That Stronglight crank says that bike is a bit on the special side- IE higher mid level bike.
Also a lack of safety levers on the brakes indicates a more ‘serious’ bike from this era, generally speaking. Great color, cool find, clean, lube, and run.
Only thing I would change are those nylon Simplex derailleurs and shifters. Those things are terrible. Campy Record would fit the era.
