This is actually funny… the part of the chain that’s over the chainring needs to go to the back, the part that’s in the back trying to get on the cassette belongs in the front. Take the wheel out, take the front part of the chain to the back and the back part of the chain to the front.
You need to remove the wheel first. Then you need to reverse the way the chain is going around the chainring at the cranks, that is why the chain looks to be going the wrong way through the derailleur. The just put the wheel back in and this time pay attention how it should be done.
If it was correct before and you haven’t removed any parts other than the wheel and haven’t broken the chain at any point, it will go back the way it is supposed to go without breaking the chain.

you activated a glitch in the chain topology…
seriously though, try to follow the chain from the bottom derailleur pulley (the red jockey wheel) to the front chainring, this part of the chain needs to run closer to the bottom of the bike when it is upright
like that. Unsure if the derailleur will let you do that though. But maybe it would be easier to unscrew the idler derailleur sprockets than break the chain.
Loop the pink section of the chain behind the crank arm & pedal round so it’s outside of it
Take the chain off the chainring and turn it so the green section at the top comes towards you & be come the bottom – it’ll need to be cleared around the derailleur too
Loop the front of the chain around the chainring – the green part will now go behind the crank & onto the chainring
You should now have the chain correctly routed
Reinstall the wheel, making sure you pull the derailleur bakwards so the pink section runs over the top, not underneath like it is now…

The chain somehow got wrapped around the frame when changing the tube I cant figure out how to get the chain back on the correct side
How’d you get the frank above the beans?!
This is one of those unsolvable puzzles
What the hell…?
I have no idea how this happened, I’ve been staring at it and I can’t think of anything. Are you joshin’ me?

Switch the chain like this

Or sell it as-is as a puzzle.
This video helped me when I had the same problem.

The pink and green bits need to be reversed…
Take the wheel off again
Loop the pink section of the chain behind the crank arm & pedal round so it’s outside of it

You need to dismantle the entire bike, cut all the tubes into 2” sections, then reassemble carefully.
It’s basically a bucket of angry snakes at this stage.
