You need a chain and then it will look normal
Looks like your hanger could be bent. Take it to a shop and get it aligned.
Get a chain on it! Derailleur hangar looks like it might be bent though
Something is bent, either hanger or derailleur
What was the reason for the new derailleur? Did the last one suffer an impact/damage?
In the third image something looks to have bent the hanger rather severely. The jockey wheels on the derailleur should be parallel with the gears in the cassette. They are not.
drivetrain is on the wrong side of the bike?
The derailleur is rotated too far back on the hanger. The b limit screw must rest on the tab.
