  1. No expert and don’t listen to my advice but this quite a strong part of a bike. If you are not sure, take it to a bike shop.

  2. straight to your LBS if you’re concerned – no one here is able to tell you if that compromises the integrity of the frame from that 1 photo alone.

  3. No one can tell with 100% certainty based on your photo, so if you want to be sure visit your lbs. that said, this is a very typical place on a frame to have som paint damage due to removing and mounting of your wheels, or a chaindrop like you have experienced.

  4. Unlucky, I would get a chain catcher to stop this happening again, Canyon do one called a chain spotter and K-Edge are popular also.
