Fully rebuilt and serviced my Shogun after picking it up recently off marketplace for a decent price. Had a buddy 3d print some replacement tensioner boots for the cantilevers & they work amazing!

Looks great. What type of filament did your buddy use? What would happen if the spring started to separate or pull through the layers? It’s hard to tell from the pic exactly how it’s positioned. I wonder whether you shouldn’t keep an eye on how they age (impact of UV, spring pressure, and the like) – you wouldn’t want a failure at a key moment while braking.
