Winter Project – First Klunker Build

First time building up a bull shit klunker. Started with only the frame/fork sourced from a co-worker that sat in their garage for years. Worked to build most of it from parts bin items – which I was able to do with a few exceptions. There was a lot of love and servicing bottom bracket, headset and both hubs on the wheels.

Did need to buy seatpost, crankset, tires/tubes and the single speed conversion set. The tires have a gnats ass frame clearance (wouldn’t do it for a customer bike but wanted to be extra dumb on mine). Absolutely used stickers to cover as many of the paint chips across the frame.

It was a fun winter project and excited to actually take it on the local single track.
