I ordered the Brompton G line quad lock from Fudge & Sons, it should have been brand new, they also charged £10 for delivery on top of the £50 price.
When the box arrived, there was no catalogue or proper packaging in the box, just the quadlock inside the box and it looks used.
For those who ordered the G line quadlock from Brompton, was there anything in the box? Should I talk to my bank for a refund or am I being a pain in the ass and this is minor?

So Brompton accessories usually come with an instruction sheet there’s never a catalogue though, if it looks used I would question that with the shop.
Many (most?) new items from Brompton come with minimum packaging in recycled type cardboard. Instructions, where needed, are printed on the insides of the box…. so all may be as it should be.
But you say it looks used.. so, err.. Dunno?
