Beautiful build, my only suggestion is to use some full metal fenders like PDW, imo would be more effective. But maybe it doesn’t rain that much where you are and taking them off easily is more important….

Does the front rack impact your braking? I used one for a bit with V brakes and noticed significant power loss because of cable routing similar to yours
