Blackpool has many sides to it , yes tourism is falling off a lot of people do not want that type of holiday anymore, one of excessive drinking and cramming in food ect. but it has pockets of real quality homes and it always has the sea and sand but away from the town centre and they are very reasonable if Blackpool was a stock Warren Buffet would be buying soon and Donald Trump would be talking development and its location is great near to Green areas ,Lake District ect plus a motor way system that goes straight into the town easy to get on, free to get on, go anywhere in the UK fast. Blackpool is surrounded by the FYLDE one of the most fertile land in U K it is a buy for me if I wanted to go back to the UK which I don't.
