Hi all, I'm looking to buy a bike to commute to school with and exercising/joyrides in my free time. I'm completely new to the world of bicycling outside of just knowing how to ride one.
I've found these two bikes that look nice and are within my price range ($500 max, but i'm more comfortable with <$400) but they have very minimal descriptions. I was just wondering if either of these listing had any flaws or red flags that would cause you to pick one over the other, or if it's possible for me to maybe even buy both? (if i'm feeling greedy)

The first one is a fixie, absolutely wouldn’t recommend it as a beginner bike.
The hiland is a department store bike, nothing special, but the price is okay.
i think you can find better albeit a lil more older bikes that are much better.

That Tsunami is a proper AliExpress job – that plastic front wheel should always be a red flag in my opinion, there’s a reason you won’t find one on anything in a reputable bike shop.
The other bike looks fine for the price and for your intended purpose, nothing special but you don’t want to be spending a fortune!
