Hey, does anyone could share some experience/advice about which size would you recommend to choose. Tried both of them, smaller one feels slightly more safe when I’m on it, if you what I mean.
Always go for the smaller frame size. Easier to make a smaller frame fit, than a larger one.

Hey, I am 178cm tall , bought a size M Aeroad from year 2023 from a guy just the same tall. For me the bike is a slightly too big. Went to fitting and couldn’t fit it 100%. For the previous owner was perfectly good. So I can advise you to go smaller if in doubts.

I’m 174 cm with 82.5 cm inseam, went to the bikefitter and the XS was a perfect fit for me. You probably won’t have much seatpost left on an S and given your inseam and length, your reach is likely too short for the S as well.
