The only remaining part of the out-of-the-box bike is the frameset, even when nothing is needed, payday means getting something for it, last upgrade planned before getting a new frame will be swapping to hydraulic brakes.

Wheels: Elitewheels ENT 2.0 50mm deep 21mm internal, 28mm external, Schwalbe One tires 28mm
Juintech F1 calipers, MT800 discs (just because they look cooler than the black ones)
