– If it’s a carbon fork, no, it’s dead: you don’t have any mounting screws, and the alternative provided clamps are not advised for carbon.
– If it’s not carbon: the fork profile is not round and even, so it’s unsure if the provided clamps will be able to do their job. The clamps are mostly made for mtb forks (round profile and metal)

It’s not carbon. I already have to the Topeak cage but the clamps are made out of plastic so they adapt to the shape of the fork more easily.
