I've been looking for a new bike and saw this recently for 200$ on marketplace. It listed as a Specialized Allez Sport and has continental tires and tubes. It's also 54cm and I'm around 5'7-8. I was wondering if this is a good or fair deal and wanted to ask for advice. Thank you in advance.

It’s a $100 bike that might be worth $150 becuse it says specialized on it
