


Context: I placed an order like 2 weeks ago, and heard nothing at all as far as shipping progress. Then I got this email today saying the order was canceled per my request. I emailed them saying I didn’t request this and they responded “we received your cancel request and are working on it”. Then they haven’t responded to anything since then. I’m pretty frustrated with them. This is completely unprofessional. I looked and the items I ordered are now out of stock. I suspect that they can’t fill the order so they canceled it. However they keep claiming I requested it which is bizarre. I asked them to escalate to a supervisor and will update it if they do something to fix it.
