So I’m trying to get my bike shifting again, not sure if it’s the shift actuator but when I push in it feels like it’s slipping past tightening the wire, same with the other side just not as bad, the part where it’s slipping is circled, do I need new ones or should I take it apart but specific parts ?

You might be able to fix the issue by blasting a bunch of penetrating oil in that bad boy and shifting a bunch. Typically, things are just super gummed up in there, although you might need a new shifter. It’ll be a lot easier to work on the bike upright, too. Best of luck!
