photo is kind of useless but it's pretty self explanator, basically my seat clamp is very tight but still won't hold my post well enough, the post turns side to side with a bit of force and the dropper slams down into the frame with a little bit of force too, I just installed a new clamp as I had a quick realse clamp on previously.

Spin the clamp around so the pinch bolt is at the relief cut on the seat tube.
It’s backwards.
Apart from it’s on backwards and will never work in this position. It’s pink. The bike doesn’t like it.
What are other parts over the clamp? Adapter? Is that a dropper seat?
Also yes, that clamp is backwards. If still not working – check if threads are stripped (just stripped mine yesterday).
Those hope clamps are shit.
First triple check that you bought the right diameter clamp for your frame. This needs to be exactly right, there’s no forgiveness here.
Are you greasing your seatpost and the seat tube under the clamp? Try turning the clamp around so that the slot in the frame lines up with the opening in the clamp, but if you’ve greased things well it should work in either direction.
I can’t tell what brand that clamp is, but I don’t recognize the last few letters there. If it’s something cheap you go off of Amazon or Ali express well, you get what you pay for. It may just not have tight enough tolerances to work well, and need to be replaced with a quality piece.
Bc the clamp is backwards. Put the bolt toward the backwards. There’s a slot cut into the seat tube that gets pinched when you toughen the seat clamp
