Had a voile strap break, the hook end caught a spoke and the strap wrapped into my cluster set. Fortunately I was riding slow at the time through an overgrown track so damage was recoverable. I provided feedback to Voile, unfortunately their response was defensive. Hopefully they have listened. I have gone back to stretchies.
