I noticed this a while ago but after cleaning the dropper it stopped. Now, two day ago the issue returned and it's worse. I disassembled the whole thing but didn't really find anything after cleaning it thoroughly.

you got some shit in there. take everything apart, clean with alcohol and re-grease with a very light grease, like slikoleum, then reassemble. Also probably time to replace the gaskets and seals. Maybe new dropper time?
I dont know what caused it, from the photos you uploaded anyway, but I would like to mention/point out that not all the scratches go all the way, something might bw happening in a particular situation (like maybe not sitting/pushind straight to lower it down)
I had this problem when I was over tightening the post in the frame. It was on a Canyon Spectral if that helps.
