This is complete nonsense. I remember that someone posted this already a few years ago. Apart from the fact that oil has no place in a bearing this oil will spill quickly and pollute the environment. One of the worst suggestions I ever saw on Youtube
On some bikes. You can’t pump grease into the seat tube. Then take a dowel of similar seat post tube size . Push that grease into the bottom bracket. This will only work if you have two things. A bike with a non sealed bottom bracket. A small hole leading from the bottom bracket to the seat tube.
